  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required upon completion of service
  • We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers
  • A deposit may be required for certain services
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

4. Warranty

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the re-supply of the service or the cost of having the service supplied again.
